Photo and Media Release Agreement

I grant permission to Erin Simmons Studio, including its owners, employees, contractors, and collaborators [the Company] to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in connection with fashion design or styling services. This includes events, fittings, shoots, installations, performances, or public appearances for promotional, editorial, documentary, or artistic activities.

I grant the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use these images in print, digital, social media, website, advertising, editorial, and promotional materials, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without further notice or compensation.

I understand the images are the sole property of the Company and waive any right to inspect or approve the final use.

I release and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from the use of my image, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
