How to dress more sustainably

I would be remiss if I didn’t talk about my passion for sustainability. The reality is that the fashion industry is one of the biggest consumers of natural resources as well as a one of the biggest polluters on the planet (Centobelli et al, 2022).

I am not a proponent of disposable fashion and I have built my own wardrobe around vintage, second-hand, and ethically-handmade garments.

My intent is not to shame you for your H&M, Zara, and Shien purchases; I will focus on helping you build a more sustainable wardrobe going forward.
